PLAY PRODUCT SCROLL- Filmaway HD® is a potassium-based cleaner proven effective in removing soils, tartrates and proteins from winery surfaces. This product line contributes no sodium or phosphate to the environment.
- Lancer 5% is peroxyacetic acid (PAA), the preferred product for winery sanitation. Because of TCA issues, the wine community has shifted away from sanitizers containing chlorine or bromine. Lancer 5% is a effective sanitizer--see the video--and has little environmental impact. Its final decomposition by-products are CO2 and water, and it contributes no sodium or chlorine to the environment.
- Oxydate is a general-purpose decolorizing and bleaching agent and has gained a strong following. It is an effective chlorine replacement for cleaning cellar floors, caves, equipment and presses. Best of all, it contains no chlorine, phosphate or sodium, so it has little environmental impact.
